Founded and directed by a licensed clinical social worker. Clinical decisions rest with clinicians — always.

Telehealth-first

Care delivered through secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions, built around patients’ schedules and lives.

Bilingual by design

Therapy offered in Spanish and English by clinicians who share the language and culture of the people they serve.

Who we are

Quiénes somos

Ordonez Counseling, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Corporation, is a clinician-owned and operated behavioral health practice that provides virtual care exclusively through a dedicated telehealth platform. We offer individual therapy and counseling — in English and Spanish — for concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

Our practice exists to close a specific gap: millions of Spanish-speaking adults in the United States need mental health care, and far too few licensed clinicians can meet them in their own language.

Our clinical team is made up of licensed therapists, counselors, and clinical social workers, each practicing within the scope of their state license, under clinical policies set and supervised by our clinical leadership. Scheduling, billing, and administrative operations are handled for our clinicians — so they can focus on what they trained to do: care for patients.

Nayeli Guadalupe Ordonez, LCSW

Founder & Clinical Director · Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Nayeli Guadalupe Ordonez is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has dedicated her career to serving immigrant and Spanish-speaking communities. Her work is grounded in a simple conviction: people heal best when they can speak about their lives in the language they live them in. She founded Ordonez Counseling to bring that standard of care to more patients — and to build a practice where clinicians who share it can do their best work.
